Planning, Assurance and Quality Control

In its simplest terms, the fundamental concept of modern quality thinking, can be described as follows: "Quality must be designed and constructed within a product can not be placed there by conviction or inspection." However, in systemic terms to give an operational meaning to this concept by applying the many powerful new techniques for quality and reliability of really effective ways has become a very big challenge.

To make each project a success, the ERMES Consulting project managers, work together with requirements analysts, testing specialists, developers and testers through Agile methodologies. Our area of testing has experience, training and passion for Quality. Our professionals focus on tracking the product from planning, to implementation, focusing on every planned aspect of quality, conducting code inspections, defect tracking, and integrated unit testing, automated testing where appropriate, obtaining performance metrics and quality, leaving more trained testers for testing manuals.

In mission-critical applications, our QA area is using formal testing techniques, generating integration test backward, or "big-bang", regression tests, generating stubs and drivers, as required, using techniques such as "defect seeding" to measure software trust levels, in environments where software needs to have a high degree of reliability (Health support systems, where human life depends on the software).
